Our sustainability strategy is based on our purpose to shape a smart, sustainable and resilient society. By combining the power of people and technology, we partner with our clients to push the boundaries of technology and create positive impact and sustainable results within our core areas. We focus on our three core areas where we can achieve the greatest impact:

They are a call for action by all countries – poor, rich and middle-income – to promote prosperity while protecting the planet.
They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, social protection and job opportunities. While also tackling climate change and environmental protection.
Several topics, such as gender equality, climate action and fighting corruption are universal. Beyond these we are together with our customers making a significant positive impact on society through projects, solutions and innovations supporting the 2030 Agenda. Our main contribution is by supporting our customers in their transition.
We have chosen to prioritize three of the sustainable development goals - they are clearly linked to our business strategy and our sustainability ambitions, and this is where we can make the greatest societal impact together with our customers.
For us, being a better company is key. In addition to aligning with UN's sustainable development goals, being a better company also involves fostering a culture of social and environmental responsibility, promoting diversity and inclusion, and actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
In addition we put a large effort in collaborating with other companies, governments, civil society organizations, and communities to address sustainable development challenges collectively. We share knowledge, resources, and expertise to drive meaningful impact. Regularly measuring and reporting progress, setting targets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives are crucial for us contributing to a sustainable future.
