The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that all personnel engaged in work at Combitech (or at our end customer) undergo a security vetting (conducted by the Supplier) based on reliability, loyalty, and vulnerabilities from a security perspective.
Security Vetting here means that the Supplier has assessed the persons in question based on general personal knowledge, references, diplomas, certificates, or equivalent. The assessment shall be based on information from:
A background check consists of CV/diploma verification, reference verification, and a media search. Diplomas and certificates can be verified with colleges, universities, and employers or clients. A media search is based on open information that is available online, and most people today have social media accounts. Open information includes information in social media, residential address, and any business interests.
Current and former citizenships are confirmed. If there is a requirement for Swedish citizenship in the assignment, this must be confirmed. The interviewer must be familiar with the basic investigation findings before the background check is undertaken so that in-depth questions can be asked if necessary.
The Security vetting interview, together with the other information collected, aims to assess a person’s loyalty, reliability, and potential vulnerabilities. Support documents and templates for how a background check interview can be conducted are available from, among others, FMV and SÄPO. Note that assignments with protective security agreements where FMV is the end customer require the background check interview to be conducted by authorised and trained personnel. After the completion of a Security vetting, the Supplier is responsible for documenting the background checks and for submitting the Certificate of Security vetting (ISP) to Combitech’s Security Function at security@combitech.se
The certificate is required before access to Combitech’s or our end customer’s system and/or IT environment can be granted.
If the assignment is based on a protective security agreement and is classified in a security class according to the protective security legislation, a security clearance and, in some cases, a special personal investigation must also be carried out in addition to the security vetting.
To apply for a security clearance, SÄPO’s security clearance form must be completed.
If the assignment is classified in Security Class 1 or 2, SÄPO’s special personal investigation form must also be completed.
The completed documentation must be submitted directly to the relevant party in accordance with the protective security agreement.

In order to handle invoices smoothly and promptly, Combitech requires you to include certain information when sending invoices to us. Since Combitech employs the scanning of paper invoices, it is important that these are of sufficient quality to withstand mechanical handling.

Likewise, all invoices shall comply with legal requirements, tax regulations and regulations in accordance to each applicable country. Invoice that do not have the correct content as specified above are likely to be returned. When sending e-mail invoices to Combitech AB, please observe the following:
