The fastest path from talent to fully fledgey consultant
Are you charged up and ready to invest in your own development? As a participant in the Combitech Talent Programme, we can promise you two enriching years that you’ll carry with you throughout your professional life.
The Combitech Talent Programme is designed to accelerate your journey from talent to experienced consultant. The programme is adapted to your customer assignment and contains several elements from our Combitech GROW competence development concept. You’ll broaden your experience step by step and learn how to grow from the experience of others. The programme concludes with an examination in cooperation with KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
The programme runs in parallel with your ordinary consulting assignment for two years and has three different tracks:
- Business skills and leadership.
- Learning to appreciation customer benefits; making persuasive presentations; and cooperative project work.
- Experience development. We teach ourselves to understand and to put our experiences into words, so that they can be shared and used by our colleagues.
