When you start working at Combitech, you’ll go off for a day to attend an introductory session, to get to know some of your new colleagues, and the company itself. Our management team arranges this and is responsible for all the topics that day, which is usually highly appreciated.
Every few years we hold a conference where we gather all Combitech personnel under one roof. The purpose is to network, to acquire new knowledge and inspire each other – as ONE Combitech. I want to develop my competence. What’s Combitech’s view on this?
We think competence development is part of the job. Combitech GROW, our programme for competence development, is unique in our sector; we developed it together with researchers at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally through courses, experience development and special programmes that are linked to your consultant assignment.
What’s it like being employed by Combitech?
We are a stable employer that makes sure that you are offered security in your job, and a good work-life balance. We are quite convinced that security and balance help you grow and develop – both as a person and as a consultant. And we all benefit: you, us and the customer.
What are benefits like at Combitech?
We’ve already mentioned competence development. Another important point is of course salary levels and pension contributions. At Combitech it works much like any “ordinary” company. You have a set monthly salary and a competitive pension plan – regardless of what your assignment coverage is. This sets us apart from most other consulting firms and carries with it significant security advantages.
What happens between assignments?
We have a continuing positive dialogue with our customers, which means that your next assignment normally isn’t very far away. In the case of a gap, you can spend your time on competence development or an in-house project. Regardless of which it is, you’ll draw a regular salary, thanks to our special compensation model. And your home base is of course always Combitech!
What if I have to commute or travel for an assignment?
Combitech offers advantageous travel terms that enable you to take on exciting customer assignments that call for travel. In some cases, you might also be able to work remotely.
What’s the most attractive thing about being a Combitech consultant?
