Akaer and Combitech sign MOU

Akaer, a Brazilian technologies solutions company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Combitech, an independent technical consultancy company within the defence and security group Saab AB. The purpose is to broaden and deepen the relationship between the companies.

The agreement between Akaer and Combitech outlines the technological cooperation work, and defines priority areas to be explored: Cyber Security and Software Development as a component to fully integrated solutions.

 

 

This is an important step for Akaer and is part of our growth and diversification strategy. The two companies have complementary capabilities that will enable them to capture business opportunities that would otherwise not be accessible if they were acting alone.

The signing of the MoU took place at Akaer’s headquarters in São José dos Campos-SP-Brazil and at Combitech’s headquarters in Linköping-Sweden. Signing on behalf of Combitech was Hans Torin, company CEO. Cesar A. T. Silva, founder and CEO of Akaer, signed the agreement for Akaer.
