In a recent procurement by Norrvatten and Käppalaförbundet Combitech became the sole supplier of consultancy services in the fields of preparedness, security and cyber security.

Norrvatten is a municipal association that produces and distributes drinking water to 14 member municipalities undergoing strong expansion in northern Stockholm. Nearly 700,000 people, several major hospitals and Stockholm Arlanda Airport depend on Norrvatten to guarantee healthy drinking water, thereby facilitating the region's development.

The Käppala Association treats wastewater from more than half a million people in eleven member municipalities to the north and east of Stockholm. Treatment is carried out very efficiently in the Käppala plant, as is resource-extraction in a facility that extracts and returns the nutrients and energy contained in wastewater to the circular economy.

It gives us great pleasure to welcome Norrvatten and the Käppalaförbundet as clients and to support them in their socially very important tasks. Among the things we're looking forward to during the framework agreement period include taking part in the work on emergency preparedness, security and cyber security.

Jonas Raber, head of Cyber Risk and Resilience at Combitech.

The framework agreement will run for eight years.
