The security screening interview, along with other information gathered, aims to assess a person's loyalty, trustworthiness and potential vulnerabilities. On FMV's website there is a template for security assessment interviews, there is also support for the interviewer, and on Säpo's website there is further guidance for personnel security.
Please note that assignments with security protection agreements where FMV is the end customer require that the security screening interview be carried out by competent and trained personnel. Registration for training can be done on FMV's website.
After the security test has been completed, the Supplier is responsible for documenting the security tests and for sending the Security Test Certificate (ISP) to Combitech's security function at e-mail security@combitech.se
The certificate is required before access/access to Combitech's or our end customer's facility and/or IT environment can be granted.
If the assignment is based on a security protection agreement and is placed in a security class in accordance with the security protection legislation, in addition to the basic security check, a register check and in some cases also a special personal investigation must be carried out.
To carry out a register check, Säpo's form for register check needs to be filled in. If the assignment is placed in security class 1 or 2, Säpo's form for special person investigation also needs to be filled in. The completed documents are served directly to the operator in accordance with the security protection agreement.
