Combitech has signed an agreement to deliver the electronic warfare software product SAINT to a European NATO member state. This year’s Total Defence Report from Combitech shows that only 11 per cent of companies have contingency plans and that only 39 per cent of decision-makers discuss supply preparedness. At the same time, 74 per cent of decision-makers want to learn more about total defence. The report highlights a knowledge gap, which combined with the slow development of total defence capability raises concerns about Sweden's preparedness.
